Chris Convey has a background in legal recruitment, specializing in the financial services sector. Chris started their career at the Hydrogen Group in 2010 as a Consultant, recruiting legal counsel for various clients in the financial services industry. Chris then progressed to the role of Senior Consultant before becoming a Team Leader and subsequently a Manager, overseeing the In-House Financial Services team. In 2020, Chris was appointed as the Head of the In-House Division at Hydrogen Group, where they manage the Industry & Commerce and Financial Services teams while also assisting clients directly with senior-level recruitment. Prior to their legal recruitment career, Chris worked as an English Language Teacher in France during a year abroad as part of their degree.

Chris Convey attended Loughborough University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a BA degree in Politics with French. Chris also completed a Diploma in International Studies (D.Ints) with a focus on Economics and French from Loughborough University in 2008-2009.
