Claire Uzan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in hospitality management and operations. Currently serving as the Experience Manager and General Manager at Kwerk since June 2016, Claire has a proven track record in team training, quality control, and B2B/B2C commercialization. Previous roles include leading a network of six Cook & Go boutiques, directing marketing and operations at Cyclopouce, and honing skills in customer service and inventory management at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. As a co-founder of Gimme A Quiche, Claire developed a comprehensive business plan, while earlier analytical experience at Salt & Pepper involved strategic consulting for the restaurant industry.
