Bettina Yau is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in taxation and treasury services. Currently serving as the Manager of Taxation & Treasury Services at Hydro Ottawa since March 2010, Bettina oversees various taxation aspects, including Canadian and US corporate taxation and cash management. Prior to this role, Bettina held multiple positions, including Corporate Controller at LSI Canada and Manager of Tax & Treasury at Lucent Canada Corp. Bettina’s career also includes significant experience as a Tax Manager at Coopers & Lybrand. Bettina's academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from Mount Allison University, and additional studies in Economics at The London School of Economics and Diplome d'Etudes Francaises from Universite de Strasbourg.
