Tarron Ballard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Starting as an Engineering Intern in Completions at Weatherford in 2012, Tarron subsequently held positions as a Technical Professional in Completions at Nabors Industries and as a Field Completions Engineer at Weatherford. From 2017 to 2020, Tarron worked at Halliburton as a Technical Professional in Production Enhancement before taking on the role of Account Manager and previously Inside Sales Representative at Hydraquip, Inc., where employment commenced in January 2020. Tarron holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biosystems Engineering from Oklahoma State University, obtained in 2013.
