James (Jay) Hewlett possesses over 20 years of diverse experience in technical support and IT roles. Currently serving as a Technical Support Analyst at Vigor, LLC since April 2019, Jay has previously held positions including Help Desk Technician at Wireless Advocates and IT Manager/System Administrator at Preg O'Donnell & Gillett PLLC.
