Patrick Sims is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service operations and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Service Operations at Smart Building Technologies - A Fidelity Company since April 2022, Patrick previously held positions as Project Manager and Service Operation Coordinator at HVAC Concepts from January 2020 to May 2022. Earlier, Patrick worked as a Sales Representative at Feesers Food Distributors from June 2017 to September 2021 and as an Installation Technician at Via Satellite INC. from July 2016 to June 2017, specializing in satellite TV installation. Educationally, Patrick earned a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Grand Canyon University, completing the latter in 2015 and the former in 2018.
