Massimo Battaini serves as the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Prysmian Group, overseeing its global operations, procurement, quality assurance, and research and development, with a focus on innovation and sustainability. Since joining Prysmian in 2005, Massimo has held multiple leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer and CEO of Prysmian North America, and has significantly contributed to the strategic growth initiatives of the company. With prior experience at Pirelli in various operational and business development capacities, Massimo has a strong background in managing large-scale industrial operations and driving profitability through process optimization. Massimo holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
