Hannah Polk is a dedicated school psychologist currently employed at Windham Southwest Supervisory Union since August 2024. With extensive experience in educational and mental health settings, Hannah has served as a School Psychology Intern at Clarkstown Central School District and has a background in mentoring, administrative support, and direct support services for individuals with disabilities. Hannah's roles have included ski instruction at Hunter Mountain Ski Bowl, Inc. since December 2011, where lesson plans are tailored for various age groups, as well as peer mentoring at Albany Medical Center to support adolescents with Autism. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Advanced Study in School Psychology and a Master of Science in Education from The College of Saint Rose, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY).
