Jitanshu Bajaj has accumulated notable experience in the culinary industry, currently serving as a Line Cook at Charcoal Group of Restaurants since September 2021. Prior to this role, Jitanshu was the Kitchen Manager at City Biryani from May 2021 to December 2021 and worked as an Assistant Cook at HARD ROCK CAFE between October 2020 and April 2021. Jitanshu Bajaj holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from Conestoga College, completed in August 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Hotel Management, Chandigarh, obtained in 2020.
