Saqr Al Whibi is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human capital management. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Development and Governance Manager at the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in KSA since March 2022, Saqr has successfully overseen numerous strategic human capital initiatives and contributed to executive management work plans. Prior to HRDF, Saqr held the position of Deputy Director of HR at MAWANI, leading a successful HR transformation project. Experience at Al Rajhi Bank includes roles as Assistant Manager HR Support, where Saqr managed daily HR operations for a large workforce and enhanced Saudization efforts. Saqr's career began in customer service at Saudi Telecom Company, evolving through various HR positions. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master of Business Administration from Saudi Electronic University, CIPD 5, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
