Tracy Osborne has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tracy started their career as a Specialist in the Office of Orientation and Parent Programs at Northern Kentucky University from June 2008 to June 2011. Tracy then worked as a Graduate Assistant at Illinois State University from June 2011 to May 2013. Following that, they joined Florida Gulf Coast University as an NODA Intern for a brief period from May 2012 to August 2012. Tracy then transitioned to Indiana State University where they held multiple roles, including Program Coordinator from May 2013 to July 2014, and Director of New Student Transition Programs and Testing from July 2014 to June 2018. Currently, Tracy is serving as the Director of Human Resources at ABA Pathways, LLC from June 2018 onwards.

Tracy Osborne completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Northern Kentucky University in 2011. Following that, they pursued their Master of Science degree in College Student Personnel Administration from Illinois State University, which they obtained in 2013.
