Mohammed Aldossary, CCXP, currently serves as the Executive Director of Customer Experience at the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in Saudi Arabia since May 2023. Prior to this role, Mohammed held various positions including SVP and Head of Customer Experience at Riyad Bank from May 2020 to April 2023, and Customer Care General Manager at the Ministry of Finance, Saudi Arabia between January 2019 and May 2020. Mohammed's extensive experience in customer experience management also includes roles as Senior Manager of Customer Experience at Banque Saudi Fransi and Head of Customer Relations at HRDF. Mohammed started their career at SABB, where multiple positions were held over a span of 16 years. Mohammed holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Administration and Management from King Abdulaziz University, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
