J Sankhla has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2010, they started their career as a Software Engineer at Aricent Group, where they worked on the design, implementation, and unit testing of O&M features in the GSM domain. They later progressed to the role of Senior Software Engineer within the same company. In 2015, they joined Genexis (FTTH) as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2018, they became a Principal Engineer at Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC). Currently, J Sankhla holds the position of Technical Leader at Altran.

J Sankhla attended Central Academy Jodhpur, Rajasthan from 1991 to 2006. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology.
