Nitha Jacob has extensive work experience in quality assurance and software testing roles. Nitha currently holds the position of Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at M-Files, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at M-Files from June 2021 to April 2022. Nitha also worked as a Mobile Software Test Engineer at iSoftStone from March 2021 to May 2021.

Before joining M-Files and iSoftStone, Nitha gained experience as a Test Engineer intern at Exafore from September 2020 to November 2020. Nitha also worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at OVERBROOK TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED from July 2016 to September 2019, and as a Software Test Engineer at ISPG Technologies India Pvt Ltd from May 2014 to July 2016.

Nitha's earlier experience includes working as a Software Test Engineer at SOFKER SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED from April 2013 to May 2014, and as a Senior Consultant at Sutherland Global Services from October 2008 to November 2011. At Sutherland Global Services, they were responsible for troubleshooting operating system and hardware-related issues, handling escalation emails and irate customers, and quality analysis of junior team members.

Nitha Jacob's education history is as follows:

From 2020 to 2021, Nitha attended TAKK Tampereen Aikuiskoulutuskeskus, where they pursued integration training in Finnish Language and Culture.

In 2011 to 2012, Nitha enrolled in the Certified Automation Test Engineer Training Program at STC Technologies, focusing on manual and automation testing of software.

Between 2004 and 2008, Nitha studied at KMEA Engineering College in Cochin, India, obtaining a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Instrumentation.

During the years 2002 to 2004, Nitha attended St. Antony's Higher Secondary School and completed their Plus Two program, which focused on Science with Biology.

Nitha completed their 10th-grade education at St. Mary's Anglo Indian Girls High School, which they attended from 1990 to 2002.

Additionally, Nitha obtained the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification in 2018 from the UK Testing Board, in December 2019.
