Thomas Zaccaro is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and regulatory matters. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Hueston Hennigan LLP since March 2023, Zaccaro previously held the position of Partner at Paul Hastings from 2006 until March 2023. In 2015, Zaccaro co-founded Zaccaro Morgan LLP, a boutique law firm focusing on litigation and government investigations, where Thomas served as Founding Partner until July 2016. Zaccaro’s career also includes significant roles as Regional Trial Counsel at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, where supervision over SEC litigation in nine states occurred from 2000 to 2003, as well as experience as a Trial Attorney at the Department of Justice and as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York from 1988 to 1994. Zaccaro earned a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Georgetown University.
