Jan De Leyn is a legal professional with significant experience in public law and public procurement law. As the founder of Publican BE since October 2021, Jan also serves as a lawyer at Schoups since August 2013. Previous roles include Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review at the Catholic University of Leuven from March 2011 to July 2013, along with legal counseling at Wetswinkel Leuven VZW. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Law from KU Leuven and further studies at Oriel College, Oxford. Jan completed a Bachelor's degree in Law at KU Leuven and attended Sint-Jozefscollege Aarschot for secondary education.
