Previously, Holger held roles as Senior Manager in New Business Development and Innovation Management at Deutsche Telekom from 2003 to 2012, overseeing market entry strategies, project management, and cross-functional innovation projects. Holger holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Elektrotechnik from the University of Duisburg-Essen, earned from 1983 to 1990.
