Rajan Naik, Ph.D., is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at Motorola Solutions since March 2016, Naik is also on the Board of Directors for Evolv Technology and CSG, having previously held a similar position at Sonim Technologies. Naik's background includes a role as Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company, and Rajan held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at AMD from January 2012 to February 2015. With a solid foundation in consulting as a Partner at McKinsey's Technology Practice, Naik's earlier career included engineering at Intel. Naik earned a PhD in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BSc in Engineering from Cornell University.
