Kamini Dubey started their work experience in 2021 as a Customer Support Executive at Hubilo. Kamini then transitioned to the role of Project Coordinator in 2022 and worked until 2023. In February 2023, Kamini joined fielddrive, a Hubilo company, as a Support Manager.

Kamini Dubey pursued their education in Event Management at various institutions. In 2013, they enrolled at Delhi University and completed their undergraduate degree in Event Management in 2016. Later, in 2018, Kamini attended the National Institute of Event Management(NIEM_DELHI) in India, where they obtained a Post Graduation Diploma in Event Management.
