Michael Thompson is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Sales at Hubbell Incorporated since February 2022. Prior to this role, Michael spent nearly two decades at Michelin, where positions included Strategic Account Executive, National Accounts Segment Sales Director, and Director of Sales for Canada & Eastern U.S. Additionally, Michael held various sales management roles, starting as an Account Manager and progressing to Regional Sales Manager and Zone Sales Development Manager for the Western Zone. Earlier experience includes working as a Licensed Personal Banker at AmSouth Bank from August 2000 to June 2002. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville, obtained from 1997 to 1999, and a similar degree from The University of Tennessee at Martin, completed from 1995 to 1997.
