Hansa Trisal is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and team leadership. Currently serving as a Human Resources Senior Associate at HUB since August 2022, Hansa previously led a team of recruiters at Career Crossroads from March 2012 to March 2013, focusing on sourcing and screening candidates for BPO clients. Hansa began their career as a Human Resources Executive at Wipro Limited from August 2005 to June 2011, managing employee relations, grievances, retention, counseling, and career mapping. Hansa holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from ICFAI and a B.Sc. in Electronic Science from Arts, Science and Commerce College, Pune, completed between 2001 and 2004.
