Morgan Carroll Douglas is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in healthcare management and education. Currently serving as the Manager of Strategy, Business Development & Operations at HSHS Medical Group since March 2019, Douglas collaborates with senior leaders and clinical staff to develop financial and programmatic plans. In addition, Douglas has been an Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Arts & Humanities at Lincoln Land Community College since May 2015, teaching public speaking to a diverse student body. Previously, Douglas held roles at HSHS St. John's Hospital, including Business Manager for Perioperative Services and the Women’s & Children’s Center, where responsibilities included financial management, strategic decision-making, and process improvement initiatives, earning recognition for significant contributions to quality and safety. Morgan Carroll Douglas holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of Illinois Springfield.
