Melanie Hurst has over 18 years of diverse experience in consulting, recruitment, and event management. Currently serving as Team Lead Consulting at HRworks GmbH since January 2020, Melanie has progressed through various roles including Senior Consultant HR-Software and Consultant HR-Software. Prior to this, significant experience was gained at Randstad Deutschland from 2006 to 2019, where responsibilities ranged from Business Trainer to HR Recruitment Specialist and Senior Account Specialist Inhouse Services. Earlier career positions included event management roles at renowned hotel brands such as Westin, Kempinski, Starwood, and Le Méridien, where skills in client consultation, event coordination, and team training were honed. Melanie holds a degree in hotel management from Le Meridien Parkhotel Frankfurt.
