Tomislav Klaic is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud systems management, collaboration technologies, and IT service delivery. Since January 2022, Tomislav has served as a Cloud Systems Management and Development Leading Specialist at Hrvatska poštanska banka, d.d. Prior to this, Tomislav was the Collaboration and Productivity Team Lead at Zagrebačka banka, where responsibilities included managing Microsoft technologies and vendor relationships, as well as budgeting. Tomislav also held the position of IT Service Desk Team Lead at Zagrebačka banka, introducing a new IT support department and overseeing a team of 19 employees. Previously, Tomislav worked at The HEINEKEN Company as an IT Service Delivery Coordinator, focusing on infrastructure projects and IT security coordination. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Information Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Systems from the Faculty of Organization and Informatics in Varaždin, Croatia.
