Konstiantyn Bondariev is an experienced technology leader with a career spanning over 15 years in software development and technical leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at RBI Retail Innovation since May 2021, Bondariev previously held the position of Tech Lead at Honeycomb Software from January 2018 to May 2021 and at SoftServe from March 2014 to January 2018. Initial experience includes a Software Developer role at Renome-Smart from July 2007 to March 2014 and freelance software development from 2006 to 2007. Konstiantyn Bondariev holds a Specialist degree in Computer Programming from Computer Academy "Step" (2005-2007) and a Specialist degree in IT from the European University, Rivne branch (2005-2012).
