Shahzad Sheila Roland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI) since April 2015, Shahzad is involved in a diverse range of HR services, including executive search and employee outsourcing. Prior to HRSI, Shahzad held the position of Compliance Manager at Syntech Biofuels (Pvt) Ltd. and contributed to bio-diesel production.
