Lara is passionate about the uniqueness of organizations and pursues the goal of accompanying them as individually as possible. As a consultant, she gets to the bottom of complex changes in organizations and supports their members in transformation processes. She believes that customized solutions to the multi-layered challenges of the new world of work can be created not only through proven techniques and methods, but above all through collaboration, empathy and the empowerment of stakeholders. Her consulting approach therefore focuses on a human-centered approach and is primarily based on asking the right questions.
Before joining HRpepper, Lara already studied the functioning of organizations in detail as part of her master’s degree in business administration at the WWU Münster, and she researched alternative forms of organization as part of her master’s thesis. She was also particularly influenced by her study abroad in Asia. Against this background, she not only discovered her passion for new approaches to organizational cultures, but also developed her agile approach to projects.
Out of work, Lara is always on the lookout for the next micro-adventure – whether it’s exploring faraway unknown places or Berlin cafes, with friends and an exciting book.
