Lizzie is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. As the Founder and Owner of HR Ninjas since January 2018, Lizzie has been instrumental in driving organizational success. Previous positions include Chief People Officer at Pal International, ranging from August 2019 to December 2020, and People Change Consultant at Whitbread in mid-2018. Lizzie also held the role of HR Manager at L'Oréal from February 2017 to July 2018 and Lead Regional HR Business Partner at Boots Opticians from September 2014 to February 2017. Earlier in the career, Lizzie served as Head of Retail HR Partnering at Vision Express and Multi-site HR Consultant at E.ON between October 2007 and February 2012, showcasing an extensive commitment to human resources across various sectors.
