James Alexander began their work experience in 2009 with USAA, where they worked as a Remote Conventional and VA Mortgage Underwriter. In 2022, they joined TTI of USA as a Corporate Trust Associate, and they are currently in this role.

James Alexander completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Economics from Midwestern State University from 1996 to 2000. James then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance at Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business from 2011 to 2013. In addition, James obtained certifications in various data-related courses from Coursera, including "Prepare Data for Exploration," "Process Data from Dirty to Clean," "Ask Questions to Make Data-Driven Decisions," and "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere" in 2023. James also earned a certification in "Fundamentals of Quantitative Modeling" from Coursera in 2016.
