Laura McCleary has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Ninja at HR Ninjas since October 2022 and as Lead HR Administrator at Woodrush High School since March 2022. In this role, Laura provides a comprehensive HR generalist service, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle while also overseeing governance effectiveness and compliance within the organization. Previously, Laura worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Ingersoll Rand and held various roles at Irwin Mitchell, including Support Team Leader and Legal Assistant/Paralegal, demonstrating a strong background in HR services, employee relations, and case management. Laura's educational advancement is ongoing through ICS Learn since February 2021.
