Hana Yi currently serves as the Head of HR at 원티드랩 since June 2020, following a tenure as Team Lead and Human Resources Manager at 와디즈 from March 2019 to May 2020, where significant recruitment enhancements were implemented. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Human Resources Manager at KOLON from January 2018 to March 2019, focusing on group HR planning and productivity, and at KOLON BENIT Co., Ltd. from July 2008 to December 2017, overseeing recruitment strategies, organizational mobility, and employee retention initiatives.
