Alejandro Montemayor is an experienced operations and quality management professional with a diverse background in manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as an Operations Manager at Howmet Aerospace since September 2022, Alejandro previously held leadership roles at FA Foundry, where responsibilities included quality management and overall foundry operations. Alejandro's tenure at FRISA spanned 15 years, during which significant achievements included the acquisition of advanced CNC equipment, a 20% to 30% increase in overall equipment effectiveness, and successful expansions of manufacturing capabilities. Alejandro's earlier experience as a Manufacturing Engineer at SERMEC included establishing production plans and implementing a new ERP system.
