Emma K. serves as the Global Workday Programme Lead at Howden Group Holdings since March 2023, overseeing the global deployment of Workday HR. Previously, Emma was the Head of Project Management Office for HR Services at Kantar, where responsibilities included establishing a PMO and training project managers while also managing senior projects. Emma's earlier experience includes various roles at Lloyd's Register, culminating in HR Programme Manager, focusing on strategic initiatives and project management. Emma holds a BSc in Criminology and Social Policy from Loughborough University and several management certifications, including Change Management Registered Practitioner, MSP Practitioner, and Prince2 Practitioner.
