Paul Rooker has a diverse work experience in various industries. Paul started their career as an IT Consultant, working as a self-employed individual from January 2004 to February 2006. Paul then moved on to Rooker Rawlins LLP, where they served as an HR Manager and Firm Administrator from February 2006 to December 2010. After that, they worked at Nutraceutical Corporation as an IT Systems Manager - Physical Access Control from July 2011 to December 2015. Paul then joined Schaeffer Industries as an HR Director and Safety Manager starting from December 2015 until March 2018. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Housing Connect since June 2018.

Paul Rooker received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2003.
