Kellie F. is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Black Girls CODE since June 2023 and volunteering at the Transgender Health and Wellness Center since November 2020. Previously, Kellie held roles as a Senior People & Culture Supervisor and People and Culture Business Partner at the San Diego Workforce Partnership from January 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, Kellie worked as a Human Resources Generalist for the Augustine Band of Cahuilla Indians from October 2015 to August 2020, overseeing HR responsibilities across various departments, including policy development and payroll administration. Early experience includes a Human Resources Assistant position at Ernie Ball Music Man from August 2010 to September 2013, where Kellie managed payroll and employee documentation.
