Joanne Gotis has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as an Accountant at Hotel Washington since January 2022, where Joanne has also held roles as Rooms Operation Manager and Guest Experience Associate. Prior to this, Joanne worked as a Guest Services Specialist at Interstate Hotels & Resorts from January 2019 to June 2022, and as a Room Attendant at Renaissance Hotels from July 2018 to January 2019. Earlier in their career, Joanne served as a Front Desk Representative and Night Auditor at Kellogg Conference Hotel @ Gallaudet University from June 2014 to July 2017. Education was completed at Prince George's Community College.
