Phil LeJune is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Finance at Columbia Hospitality since May 2017, Phil has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Finance and Controller. Prior to this, Phil was the Corporate Controller at Coastal Hotels, where responsibilities included leading company initiatives for forecasting and budgeting. Experience at The Heathman Hotel included roles as Assistant General Manager and Controller, overseeing operations and creating Standard Operating Procedures. Phil also held the position of Director of Retail Accounting at Tully's Coffee and began the career at Windsor Capital Group as a Regional Controller. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Colorado Technical University and an Associate degree in Accounting and Restaurant Management from Diablo Valley College.
