Valdemar Olin is an experienced sommelier currently working at Dragsholm Slot - Relais & Châteaux since March 2024. Previously, Valdemar held the position of sommelier at d'Angleterre in Copenhagen from August 2018 to January 2024, and at MASH Steakhouse from December 2017 to August 2018. Earlier professional experience includes a role as a tjener at Le Sommelier in 2017, as well as two periods at MASH Steakhouse between 2015 and 2017, and at Skovshoved Hotel from 2012 to 2015. Valdemar Olin holds a sommelier degree from Vinakademiet (2017-2018) and a Tjenerelev qualification from Hotel- og restaurantskolen (2012-2015), alongside an education from Øregård Gymnasium (2008-2011).
