Kim Stout is an experienced nursing executive with a strong background in healthcare administration and clinical leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at HospiceServe, LLC since November 2024, Kim has previously held significant roles, including Executive Director of Post-Acute Service at Bartlett Regional Hospital and Chief Nursing Officer at McAlester Regional Health Center, overseeing a diverse range of services such as acute care, skilled nursing, home health, and hospice. With a comprehensive educational foundation, including a Master’s degree in Nursing Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Oklahoma Wesleyan University, and an Associate’s degree from Eastern Oklahoma State College, Kim Stout has demonstrated expertise in quality, risk management, and operational efficiency throughout a career spanning multiple healthcare organizations.
