Eric Kaplan has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Eric started their career at Maritz in 1997 as an IT Support professional and worked there until 1999. Following that, they joined Spar Marketing Force as a Sr. Helpdesk Analyst for a brief period. In 2000, Eric moved to Oxford Automotive and held the position of Helpdesk Supervisor for two years, before being promoted to Network Operations Manager, a role they served in until 2004. Continuing their career progression, Eric then joined Letica Corporation as Network Operations Manager and held this position for three years. In 2007, they joined Hospice of Michigan as Corporate Director, Information Technology, where they had a notable tenure, eventually being promoted to Senior Director of Information Technology and later to Associate Vice President, Technology. Currently, Eric serves as the Vice President and CIO of Hospice of Michigan, a position they assumed in June 2023.
