Christie Kelly RN, BSN has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management. As a Team Manager at Hospice by the Sea since June 2011, Christie oversees hospice clinical and caregiving services, ensuring quality and adequate service delivery while supervising on-call staff. Prior to this role, Christie worked as an RN at Boca Raton Regional Hospital from May 2008 to June 2011, gaining experience in oncology, medical-surgical, neuro, telemetry, and VIP units. Christie began their career as a Surgical Coordinator at Gastrocare from January 2001 to May 2008. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University.
