Dr. Shabina Shaikh serves as the National President of the Microfinance & Rural Credit Council at the Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI). With extensive experience in the finance sector, Dr. Shaikh has held diverse leadership positions, including National Lead for Unsecured Business Loans at IIFL, Business Manager for Lead-BL Sales Operation in Digital Lending at IIFL, and Head of Alliance and Telesales at Dhanvarsha, powered by TruCap Finance Limited. Additionally, Dr. Shaikh was Business Head at PLADA Infotech Services Private Limited and Senior Manager at Capital Float. Dr. Shaikh holds a Doctorate (Hon.) in Business Administration and Finance Management from Mother Teresa's University and a PGDM in Finance from Mumbai University.
