Harry Scheid is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the construction and excavation industries, serving as President and CEO of both Horst Construction and Horst Excavating since May 2007. Prior to this role, Harry Scheid held the position of Vice President/COO at Horst Excavating from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, Harry Scheid contributed to the local business community as an Advocacy Council Member for The Lancaster Chamber of Commerce & Industry from 2008 to 2011.
