Paul Hobbs has extensive experience in environmental health, currently serving as the Principal Environmental Health Officer and Commercial Team Manager at Horsham District Council since July 1989, overseeing the work, staff, and resources of the Commercial Team. Additionally, Paul has been involved in delivering Primary Authority training for the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy since December 2015. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health from the University of Surrey, a BTECH in Environmental Health from North East College of Technology, and a foundation in food technology from Blackpool College of Food Technology, complemented by education at Park Senior High and Walcot Secondary School.
