Shawn Richardson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Project Manager of Community Integrated Employment at Horizon House, Inc. since January 2011 and as a Crisis Clinician at Pennsylvania Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Health System since October 2018. Shawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Swarthmore College, earned between 1979 and 1983, and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Colorado Technical University, completed from 2004 to 2006.
