Oliver Game has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent and learning development. Oliver is currently working as the Director of Talent and Learning at Provide Community. Previously, they held roles such as Film and TV Teacher at The Pauline Quirke Academy of Performing Arts and Learning and Development Manager at Incentive FM and ISS Facility Services UK. Oliver has also served as a Learning and Development Specialist at MITIE Client Services and a Learning and Development Advisor at DB Parish. Oliver's expertise in training and education has been demonstrated throughout their career.

Oliver Game completed their Bachelor's Degree in Drama and Film at Anglia Ruskin University from 2002 to 2005. In 2010, they obtained a Diploma in Neuro-Linguistic Programming from NLP Excellence. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued further education and achieved a CIPD Level 7 (Masters) Diploma in Human Resource Development from Acacia Learning.
