Ramona Anderson is an experienced executive in the financial sector, currently serving as the EVP and Chief Risk Officer at Horizon Bank since October 2010, where responsibilities include oversight of all compliance and audit functions. Prior to this role, Ramona held the position of SVP, Compliance Officer, and Information Security Officer at Woodlands Bank from April 2007 to June 2009, ensuring adherence to various compliance standards and presenting findings to executive management and the board. Ramona holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Financial Applications from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration in Economics and Finance from Tarleton State University. Ramona is also certified as a CERP, CIA, and CRCM.
