Heather Hinkle, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and HR Business Partner at HopeTree Family Services since November 2022, Heather previously worked as an HR Consultant at Intercept Youth Services from March 2013 to November 2022, where responsibilities included benefits administration and management consultation. Prior experience includes a decade at Sears Holdings Corporation, where Heather held roles ranging from Human Resources Recruiter to Loss Prevention Manager, overseeing various HR functions, payroll processing, compliance standards, and safety programs. Heather holds an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies from Virginia Western Community College and dual Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees in Law Enforcement and Corrections from Bluefield State University.
