Tracey Gibson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tracey is currently working at Jumbo Interactive Limited as the Talent & Inclusion Lead, responsible for designing and delivering learning, talent, and organizational development initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and business performance. Tracey works closely with stakeholders to create a diverse and inclusive organization.

Prior to this, Tracey worked at Catch.com.au as the People & Culture - Projects Lead, where they were responsible for planning and implementing various projects for the People & Culture team. Some of these projects included a new leadership development program, return to office, tech graduate program, recognition framework, and employee onboarding experience review.

Before their role at Catch.com.au, Tracey was a Learning and Org Development Consultant at Vicinity Centres, focusing on personal and career development for employees. Tracey was involved in various initiatives such as leadership programs, mentoring, talent review, onboarding, and designing targeted learning initiatives. Tracey and their team received several awards for their achievements during their time at Vicinity.

Tracey also has experience as a National HR Business Partner at Capital Transport, HR & Operations Manager at Motion Property, Human Resources & Operations at Marshall White, and Office Manager / EA at UM Worldwide. Tracey began their career at hockingstuart as a Receptionist / Admin assistant.

Unfortunately, Tracey left Vicinity Centres due to redundancy caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Tracey Gibson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Melbourne, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Graduate Certificate of Commerce (Human Resource Management) at Swinburne University of Technology. In 2016, they attended the Australian Institute of Business, completing a Graduate Diploma of Management. Tracey also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institute in 2016 to 2017. Additionally, Tracey earned certifications in Project Management Foundations and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in 2020 and 2019 respectively.
