Regina Chacha has a diverse work experience background. Regina is currently working as the Co-Founder and Director of Programs at HopeCo, a position they began in March 2023. Prior to this, they spent over two decades as the President of Teamwork Ministries International, Inc/Teamwork City of Hope, where they oversaw non-profit leadership and coordinated between their work in Martinsville, VA and Ntagacha, Tanzania. Regina'sresponsibilities also included coordinating mission teams, public speaking, and working with the board of directors and various committees. Before that, they worked as a teacher at Martinsville Middle School from 1990 to 2000.

Regina Chacha attended Eastern Mennonite University from 1982 to 1985 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics Education. Regina continued their education at Averett University from 1987 to 1989 and obtained a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration. Regina Chacha's field of study at Eastern Mennonite University was Family and Consumer Sciences/Home Economics Teacher Education.
